Reservation
How to reserve a unit?
Send a message thru Facebook, Website, Whatsapp or Viber Only to book your travel dates. Send your requirements.
Can I book in advance?
Yes. We require minimum of 2 days rent for you to reserve a unit in advance. For December or Holidays, we require minimum of 5 days to reserve in advance.
How much is the Reservation Fee?
Minimum of PHP1000.00 or USD25 or 10% of total price, whichever is larger amount.
Can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation anytime. Please be informed that reservation fee is non refundable BUT rebookable.
If you cancel your reservation on the day of your travel, downpayment is non- refundable and cannot be rebooked.
Can I make changes to my reservation?
You can request for changes as long as we have available slots on your changes. Rebooking are allowed only ONCE.
Will I get the exact make and model which I have reserved?
For regular vehicles, we can only guarantee a certain car category and not a specific make or model. For the new model vehicles, yes you can choose the make and model as long it is available on your travel date.
Vehicle Pickup or Delivery
What are the procedures upon pickup of unit?
Bring your valid driver's license and full payment. Pay your balance in full. A short explanation of the vehicle will be provided, and the vehicle will be checked for existing scratches or other damages together with the user. The rental car can be used as soon as the inspection has been completed.
Where can I pickup and drop off the car? Is there a fee?
If you will pickup the car at our garage, no additional fee. If you want us to deliver and pickup the unit at your convenience, we require to bring to the nearest gas station at your location for additional delivery and return Fee.
Can I receive the car anytime?
Delivery and return time is between 7am and 7pm only.
During Rental
What happens if I arrive late when picking up the car?
Scheduled time, start time. So please be on time.
What Should I do if I damaged the car or someone bump the car?
In the event that the customer causes an accident or defacement to the vehicle during the rental period, the user shall be required to pay the estimated damage upfront before you return the car. If by someone by accident damaged the car, you need to settle this with them and asked them to settle all damages upfront. Please read terms and conditions about the Collission Damage Waiver.
Are there any restrictions on mileage when using a rental car?
There is 600 km per day limit. If you rent the car for 2 days, you will have 1200 km.
Can I cancel or rebook my rental during my rental day?
Yes you can cancel anytime BUT we don't refund the payment of your rental for that day and the following days.
Returning Vehicle
How are rental fees calculated if I extend the rental during the original rental period?
Rental is every 24 hours. Extension after your scheduled return time will be charged (prices changes without further notice).
Can I extend the rental period?
​You can extend your reservation period at any time before the rental. However, this is upon approval and always subject to availability of your rented unit. If Viaje disapproved your request, you need to return the unit on the said date on your contract. Else, staff will go to where the unit is and all expenses made will be shouldered by you as a renter.
Can I return the car to different pickup point?
Yes you can as long as it is under the designated pickup points or on the Regions where we deliver units.
What to keep in mind when returning the car?
Make sure all your belongings were taken out of the vehicle. We are not responsible anything left inside the vehicle. Return the vehicle in good condition. All accessories, legal documents, tools, and spare tire are in place. Please CLEAN as you GO.
