Thank you Choosing Viaje Car Rental as your car provider! Please read these friendly reminders before you drive our units.
Must Read:
- Start time, Scheduled time. Be on time.
- Renter (and Driver) MUST receive the unit.
- Take a picture front, back, left, right at start DAY. This is to have a record of dents before hand.
- Don't drive on flooded area.
- Don't add water to the Coolant Reserve. Viaje Personnel are responsible on maintenance.
- RFID or TOLL FEES: We will send account number of Autosweep and Easytrip of the vehicle. Customers are responsible to load in order to pass toll gates. We don't refund excess loads so please check how much you need to consume before adding load to each RFID. Pay deducted original RFID upon return.
- No SMOKING inside the vehicle. (ordinance No. 34 series of 2017 "Smoke-Free Ordinance" fine of ₱1,000)
- Staff is not allowed to ask for additional fees unless informed by Viaje Admin.
- Extension is upon approval. If extension is not allowed and can't bring back the car on the said date, staff will take where the vehicle with fines and expenses by renter.
- Non-purchase of CDW, renter agrees to be accountable for the actual cost should a damage be incurred.
- RETURN UNIT: Meet the staff at the gas station ONLY. Staff must be there if you will fill up the gas tank.
- Additional cleaning fee of ₱1,000 with evidence of smoking and dirty, wet, smelly interior.
