We were notified that more and more fraudsters pretending or introducing themselves as an employee or part of Viaje Car Rental.

Please be informed that, at present, Viaje Car Rental does not conduct business or other transactions through phone calls, text messages, or meetups without any confirmation from our website (www.viajecarrental.com) or our Official Social Media Business Accounts. Any correspondence that claims to be an employee or driver, with their vehicle not registered to our company, seeking to obtain clients on engaging in any form of car rental transaction is a hoax.

If this deception constituted any sort of fraud, where damages occurred, Viaje Car Rental is not liable to any incident and parties involved.

Keep informed and stay protected by verifying to the company itself and not to the any person who just claims he is part of the company.  Be vigilant and protect yourself against Scams!
