Number Coding: Baguio City

This post is to inform tourists coming to Baguio and will be driving around the city.

The number coding scheme in Baguio City restricts all vehicles according to their license plate ending number. This implements at 7am to 7pm from Mondays to Fridays even during holidays.
Guides are as follows below:
Monday: Plates ending in 1 and 2
Tuesday: Plates ending in 3 and 4
Wednesday: Plates ending in 5 and 6
Thursday: Plates ending in 7 and 8
Friday: Plates ending in 9 and 0
š£šš”ššš§š¬: Non-compliance will have a fine of ā±500 and/or confiscation of the driver's license, as per the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO).

This allows suspension of the number coding scheme by Executive Order ONLY FOR CALAMITY, EMERGENCY and City - sponsored/co-sponsored activites.
Holidays are not included. Tourists are not exempted.
