Terms When Renting with Viaje Car Rental Accredited Drivers

Viaje Car Rental also offer Car rental with our driver. Some doesn't want to drive around the City or to provinces so they ask for With driver services. This is a car and driver service and not a driver service only.

All in Package Computations

1. All in package that consists of toll, gas, and driver's fee included in our computation.

2. Our All in Package computation was based on point to point location. In case you did not include a place to drop by, we will not consider on your travel day unless you have to inform us in advance so we can re-compute and reschedule your travel.

3. Rates are fixed. Haggling is not allowed.

Payment

1. If you are ready to book with us, we require a minimum of ₱1,000 as a reservation fee. No down payment, no reservation.

2. Full payment of your balance must be settled on or before your travel date. Driver will wait for the payment to be paid before vehicle will come out from the garage.

3. Drivers who will fetch clients are not allowed to receive CASH payments prior to booking travels. Unless you give them Tips.

4. Please send payment online before travelling.

Privacy

1. We understand that renting a car is more comfortable compared to riding at public vehicles. Your privacy is important to us.

2. We require an Identification Card of the renter or the passenger for our record. This is for the safety of both the passenger and the driver.

Safety

1. Before travelling, we make sure vehicle was checked and well maintained.

2. We send who ill be your driver and his phone number before your travel date. In case other driver went to fetch or pick you up, please inform us immediately so we can verify if there are changes. If driver is not associated with our company, let us know so we can report immediately to the authority.
