Cancellation Policy

- Renter can cancel their booking anytime. The downpayment is non refundable BUT rebookable. We require minimum of 2 days rent for advance booking, once you cancel your 2nd day rent we will not refund your payment. - No refund shall be issued should the renter return earlier than scheduled. Rates are calculated based on rental days. - If you cancel your booking less than 7 days, but at least 24 hours before your specified pick up time then you can rebook. - If there are instances that the unit has a problem technically during your rental period or delay of delivery/pickup after 2 hours of waiting: - Compensation will be depending on the waiting time of the client while replacement is on its way or staff or mechanic is on its way to rescue the car and driver. It is 200 Pesos per Hour or if it exceeds the daily rate of the car, refund of a day rent to be given to the client (or which is lower) upon return of the unit. - Cancellation of Reservation during Peak Season and Holidays are Non refundable and Non Rebookable.
